What is the Patient Portal?

The Patient Portal is a secure digital platform that allows you to be in control of your health. You can use the Patient Portal to book appointments, complete health questionnaires, view your medical records, receive your results and more.

How do I sign up to the Patient Portal?

If you are a new customer, when you click "book now" from the website you will be redirected to the Patient Portal sign up page.

You will need your name, date of birth, address, email address and a phone number to sign up.

How do I sign in to my Patient Portal?

Visit to access the Patient Portal from there or visit to access the Patient Portal directly.

How do I sign out of my Patient Portal?

When you are logged onto your Patient Portal, on the bottom of the left-hand panel there is an “off switch” logo which signs you out immediately. If you are inactive for 30 minutes you will also be signed out automatically.

What is my user name?

It is your email that you used to sign up

I’ve forgotten my password, how do I get a new one or a reminder of what it would be?

On the Patient Portal login page there is a 'Reset Password' link under the password field. If you click on the tab, you will be asked to enter your email address and send. A validation email is sent to you that allows you to reset your password.

I'm receiving the message: 'Some of the personal information does not match our records. Please check and try again'. What do I do to be able to log in?

All information is case sensitive and must not include any extra unnecessary spaces, please take care to make sure it is typed in correctly. If you still experience problems please contact us on and we can check your registration carefully to ensure it matches with what you expect.

How can I change my Personal Details?

You can access your Account information on the bottom of the left-hand panel by clicking the person icon when you are logged in. You will need your password to save the changes.

When I try to make a booking it says "There was an error"

This is usually because somebody else has booked the slot before you. Please try again, if you get this problem persistently, please contact

The Patient Portal is not working, what should I do?

If you experience any difficulties with the Patient Portal, please ensure that you have the latest version installed. Try closing and reopening the Portal or restarting your device. If the problem persists, please contact us on, providing details about the issue and any error messages you may have encountered.

Is my information secure on Patient Portal?

As the controller of your personal data, Dr.Dropin has the overall responsibility to ensure that your personal data is processed and stored in a secure manner. This entails that we have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure an appropriate level of security relating to our processing of personal data. We have implemented access control mechanisms, which means that access to your personal data is provided to our personnel on a need-to-know basis. Additionally, all communication with servers is encrypted via HTTPS, and all of our databases use encryption "at rest" mechanisms.

All of our personnel that process your health data are subject to confidentiality obligations. Such confidentiality obligations also apply to any third party who processes personal data on our behalf.
